Below are my service options, all of which can be ordered by retrieving the order (located below the following package options), completing the form, and sending it to precisionhomesol@gmail.com.
Starting prices are noted below, while a more detailed list of pricing can be viewed on the order form. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific questions regarding package options, or if you'd like to view sample reports for each floorplan option.
Express Package
(Starting at $90)
The Express Package includes a simple sketch with exterior measurements as well as square footage totals of all finished/unfinished and heated/unheated space-above and below grade and detached living spaces. *Sketch shows areas under 5' when applicable.
Basic Package
(Starting at $110)
The Basic Package includes a floorplan with exterior measurements, room labels and dimensions, exterior doors, as well as square footage totals of finished/unfinished and heated/unheated space. *Floorplan includes additional spaces such as porches, detached spaces and areas under 5’ mark all when applicable.
Detailed Package
(Starting at $180)
The Detailed Package includes a detailed floorplan with exterior measurements, room labels and dimensions, exterior doors, interior walls, as well as square footage totals of finished/unfinished and heated/unheated attached and detached spaces. *Floorplan shows other details including ceiling heights, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and location of HVAC, Hot Water Heater, electrical panel, etc when known. Areas under 5’ mark are shown when applicable.
ATTENTION: While completing the order form, please pay attention to each option and provide the estimated square footage of all areas under roof including any unfinished/unheated areas, including garage spaces. Please note any irregularities like irregular angles of interior or exterior walls (not 90 degrees), circular stairwells, extreme sloped ceilings, etc. and feel free to notate this beside the field. These features often add more time and this information is imperative for scheduling. Please use the additional information section to note directions if GPS does not give directions directly to the home, to elaborate on detached structures that need measuring and any other helpful information.
