At Precision Home Solutions, we stand on integrity and serve our clients with their best interest in mind. We value precision and careful attention to detail because inaccurate numbers can bring risk to all parties involved.
With that said, it is our mission to provide the most accurate numbers through compliance with NCREC and ANSI measuring guidelines so that our clients can not only price their listings accurately, but list confidently with the assurance that they are in compliance.
What's more, less time in the field measuring, means more time to take care of anything else you need.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
If given the opportunity to serve you, here is what you can expect from Precision Home Solutions:

You'll receive more time to focus on all the other duties required of you as we remove the task of measuring from your plate.
You’ll have an open line of professional and kind communication for any questions you may have.
You’ll receive a formal report presenting the numbers you need for MLS requirements and your files, a sketch for your files, and calculations to back your numbers up.
Additionally, and according to your preferences, the report you'll receive will include a simple exterior sketch for your files or a basic or detailed floorplan to add some flair to your listing.

SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS
At Precision Home Solutions, we aim to make accuracy our goal. We want our clients to be confident that the numbers they need are the numbers they will receive. You can rest assured that we adhere strictly and consistently to measuring guidelines so that you have a leg to stand on if your numbers are ever in question.
When you allow us to measure for you, you will receive a breakdown of all heated and finished areas as well as unfinished areas. Further, you will have a clear picture of all other areas including those which do not qualify due to ceiling requirements, garage areas, outdoor areas and detached structures when applicable and when included in your package.

FLOOR PLAN OPTIONS
Express Package: (Starting at $90)
Includes a simple sketch with exterior dimensions as well as square footage totals of all finished/unfinished and heated/unheated space-above and below grade and detached living spaces. *Sketch shows areas under 5' when applicable.

Basic Package: (Starting at $110)
Includes a floorplan with exterior dimensions, room labels and dimensions, exterior doors, as well as square footage totals of finished/unfinished and heated/unheated space. *Floorplan includes additional spaces such as porches, detached spaces and areas under 5’ mark all when applicable.

Detailed Package: (Starting at $180)
Includes a detailed floorplan with exterior dimensions, room labels and dimensions, exterior doors, interior walls, as well as square footage totals of finished/unfinished and heated/unheated attached and detached spaces. *Floorplan shows other details including ceiling heights, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and location of HVAC, Hot Water Heater, electrical panel, etc when known. Areas under 5’ mark are shown when applicable.​​​​
