About Me
My name is Lauren Hyde. I reside in Sylva, NC, in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I am married to my best friend, Josh, and I am a mother to a couple, amazing kiddos whom I adore. I am passionate about motherhood, being present, and raising our children up to be disciples of Christ. We love to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing + camping at the lake, and playing athletic activities of all kinds. At the end of the day, when I am with my family, I am in my happy place!
As it concerns Precision Home Solutions. I am owner and operator of PHS and do all the work behind the scenes (with occasional help from my husband who adds an extra measure of security and a hand to hold a tape!)
Prior to stepping into my current role of measuring and producing floorplans, I worked in the appraisal world for a number of years. I can say with confidence that I thoroughly enjoy what I do. I love engaging with people, I am very attentive to detail, and I aim to do all that I do with excellence. I desire to see consistency and precision in square footage reporting and to bring integrity into the RE Industry wherever I’m given opportunity. I would be honored to partner with you!
